X-Ray Analysis
X-Ray detection equipment is a device that uses X-Ray imaging technology to detect and analyze the interior of objects. Through the penetration capability of X-rays, the device can obtain internal structural images of objects without damaging them, helping us discover parts internal defects, analyze material composition, and evaluate structural integrity.
Visual Analysis
We use the highest precision KEYENCE digital microscope on the market, which integrates observation, photography, and measurement. At the same time, the system can achieve magnification observation from 0.1 times to 6000 times. Even in the presence of unevenness in the target object, it can obtain fully focused images through depth synthesis technology.
Solderability Analysis
The Solderability of a component is assessed by dipping the lead or weld end of the component into a molten solder tank and then visually observing the tin level. This process can effectively detect whether the components have the ability to be successfully welded within a specified time and at a specified temperature.
